First line support: M2sat Helpdesk
Always the main entrance point for all questions and reactions and customer requests, the M2sat helpdesk provides it's services round the clock. The helpdesk will provide you with the necesarry information to use M2sat services and systems most efficiently and will be the point to call in case a troubleshooter is needed to get you back online as fast as possible.

M2sat Booking Office
For all your Occasional Use bookings to use your M2sat TakeAway, FlyAway or DriveAway unit, contact the M2sat booking office via e-mail, fax or phone and make sure you have the appropriate bandwidth at the location when you need it. The booking offices provides both Thuraya L-band and Eutelsat Ku-band services. The booking office will also help you with all other bandwidth demands.

Second Line Technical support
For customer enquiries that cannot be solved by the first line, we provide a second line support where one of satcom, IP, Video or Application exports will deal with it. The experience and expertise is also available to provide technical support for our partners.
