M2sat Helpdesk

Always the main entry point for all questions and reactions and customer requests, the M2sat support and helpdesk provides it's services round the clock. We will provide you with the necessary information to use M2sat services and systems most efficiently and will be single point of contact in case a troubleshooter is needed to get you back online as fast as possible.

M2sat NOC

Our Network Operations Centre and Second Line Technical support in Bremen deals with all customer enquiries that cannot be solved by the first line. Here we provide second line support done by one of our satcom, IP, Video or Application experts. The experience and expertise at our NOC is also available to provide technical support for our partners.
